Information we process

Depending on how you use Haven, we may process device and app information, gameplay and progression data, crash and diagnostic information, analytics events, advertising identifiers and consent choices, purchase status and transaction tokens, and a pseudonymous or anonymous account identifier used to maintain cloud progress and prevent fraud.

Services we use

Haven uses Google services that may process information on our behalf, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, App Check, Google Play Billing, and Google Mobile Ads / User Messaging Platform. These services operate under Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.

How we use information

We use information to operate and improve Haven; save and restore progress; validate gameplay, rewards and purchases; provide player support; measure performance and stability; prevent fraud and abuse; deliver or measure ads where permitted; and comply with legal obligations.

Advertising and purchases

Rewarded ads are optional. Where required, we request consent before requesting personalized advertising. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play; we do not receive your full payment-card details. Our servers may receive transaction identifiers or purchase tokens so we can verify and fulfill purchases.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers used to operate Haven, when required by law, or as necessary to protect users, our services, or our rights.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain information depending on where you live. You can request deletion through our account and data deletion page. Advertising consent choices may also be available inside the app or through device settings.

Children

Haven is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed, contact us.

Changes

We may update this policy as Haven develops. We will post the current version here and update the effective date when material changes are made.
