These terms govern your use of Haven and related services provided by Haven Games Studios.

Using Haven

You may use Haven for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these terms, applicable law and the rules of the platform through which you obtained the game. Do not interfere with the service, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, manipulate purchases or rewards, or attempt unauthorized access.

Virtual items and purchases

Haven may offer virtual currency, boosters, cosmetics or other digital items. Virtual items have no cash value outside the game and are licensed, not sold, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Purchases are handled through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment and refund rules.

Advertising and rewards

Haven may offer optional rewarded advertising. Rewards are granted only after the applicable verification process is completed. Availability may vary by device, region, consent status or service conditions.

Game changes

Haven is an evolving service. We may add, change, rebalance or discontinue features, content, events or virtual items to maintain, improve or secure the game, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual property

Haven, its original artwork, software, characters, designs, text, audio and branding are owned by or licensed to Haven Games Studios and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Haven is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Termination

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats or material violations of these terms. You may stop using Haven at any time and may request deletion of eligible account data.
